Your event listing controls. If a specific crawl has different details, its Eventbrite listing and official attendee updates are the final word.

01

BEFORE YOU BUY

Start with the right ticket.

Are Elevate Crawls events 21 and older?

Yes. Elevate Crawls bar crawls are for guests 21 and older. Every attendee must bring a valid, government-issued photo ID. Individual venues may refuse entry when an ID is expired, damaged or cannot be verified.

What does my ticket include?

Your ticket includes the crawl experience and the specific benefits shown on that event's Eventbrite listing. Depending on the event and ticket level, that may include registration, a wristband or credential, participating venue access, featured specials, activities or swag. Read the listing before purchasing because inclusions vary by event.

Are food and drinks included with my ticket?

Only when the event listing specifically says they are included. Most food and drinks are purchased separately from participating venues. Featured specials are subject to availability and may change.

Can I attend by myself or with a large group?

Both. Come solo, bring a date or make it a full group outing. Each person must have their own ticket unless the event listing clearly describes a group package.

02

TICKETS AND CHECK-IN

Check in, then get moving.

Where and when do I check in?

The official Eventbrite listing identifies the registration venue and check-in window. Complete registration by the stated deadline. Registration may not be available after check-in closes, even if the crawl continues later.

Do I need to print my ticket?

A mobile Eventbrite ticket is normally accepted unless the event listing says otherwise. Keep your phone charged, open the ticket before reaching the front of the line and bring the ID that belongs to you.

Can a friend check me in?

Yes. A friend can check you in as long as they have your valid Eventbrite ticket available to scan at registration. You must still bring your own valid photo ID and meet all venue requirements when you arrive.

What happens if I arrive late?

Arrive during the published check-in window. If you arrive after registration closes, entry, wristbands, swag and other ticket benefits are not guaranteed. Check-in deadlines help the event and participating venues run smoothly.

Where will I receive event updates?

Important updates are sent through Eventbrite to the email address used for your order. Check that inbox, including spam or promotions folders, before the event. We may also post reminders on Elevate Crawls social channels.

03

DURING THE CRAWL

Bring the energy. Know the plan.

Do I have to visit every participating stop?

No. Crawl formats vary, and you can participate in the parts that fit your night. Follow the official event information for the route, timing and any activities that happen at a specific location.

Can the route, bars or specials change?

Yes. Participating venues, operating hours, entertainment, offers and crawl timing may change because of capacity, staffing, safety or other conditions. Follow the latest official Eventbrite update for final event details.

Is seating reserved?

No. A crawl ticket does not reserve a table, seat or private area unless the event listing clearly says otherwise. Seating and venue entry remain subject to capacity and each venue's policies.

Do I have to wear a costume?

Costumes are encouraged for themed events but are not required unless the listing says otherwise. Keep costumes safe, venue-friendly and easy to move in. Venue dress codes and security rules still apply.

What should I bring?

Bring your valid photo ID, Eventbrite ticket, a charged phone, a payment method and weather-appropriate clothing. Comfortable shoes and a rideshare plan are also smart choices.

04

POLICIES AND SAFETY

Good nights need good decisions.

Are tickets refundable?

Unless an individual event listing specifically states otherwise, ticket sales are final. Plans, travel issues, late arrival, venue changes and personal schedule conflicts do not qualify for refunds. Review the ticket terms before purchasing.

Does the crawl happen if it rains?

Events take place rain or shine unless Elevate Crawls announces a change. Dress for the forecast and watch your Eventbrite email for any official weather-related update.

Does Elevate Crawls provide transportation?

No. Unless an event listing specifically includes transportation, getting to, from and between locations is your responsibility. Use a designated driver, rideshare, taxi or public transportation. Never drink and drive.

What are the rules at participating venues?

Every venue controls its own admission, capacity, dress code, service and guest conduct. A crawl ticket does not override venue policies. Staff may refuse service or entry to anyone who appears intoxicated, disruptive or unsafe.

Are venues accessible?

Accessibility varies by venue and crawl route. Contact us before purchasing if you need specific accommodations, and we will help confirm available information with participating locations.

Will photos or videos be taken?

Event photography and video may take place in public event areas. By attending, you may appear in crowd footage used to document or promote Elevate Crawls. If you have a concern during the event, speak with an on-site team member.
